How do I place an order?
Add items to your enquiry and select your quantities. The website prepares an email for you to send. We then confirm the exact products, seller, full price, availability and delivery in writing. A quotation must be accepted and payment terms agreed before an order is placed; there is no online card checkout.
Can I request 10, 25, 50 or more items?
Yes. Use the quick quantity buttons or enter a custom number up to 9,999 units per item. For larger requirements, email us directly. Availability, production consistency and volume pricing are confirmed in the quotation; quantities in the enquiry do not reserve stock.
What do the displayed prices include?
They are catalogue guides from €100 to €350 per item in euros, with cushions priced per pair. Your written quotation gives the final product price and all applicable taxes, delivery charges and any separate intermediary fee. Volume discounts are quoted individually and are not automatically included in the on-screen total.
Do you work with private customers as well as businesses?
Yes. Select Business or Private customer in the enquiry. Single-item enquiries are welcome; set the quantity to 1. For commercial projects, tell us the intended use so durability, safety and suitability can be checked for the actual products.
Where can products be delivered?
We handle enquiries for Latvia and European Union countries. Delivery availability, charges and timing depend on the product, seller, quantity and postcode. Furniture deliveries, stairs, unloading and assembly are discussed before you accept a quotation.
Who handles returns and product guarantees?
The named seller handles the sale and its product obligations. Any intermediary service has its own clearly agreed terms. Nothing on this website limits rights that apply under consumer law.
