Terms & conditions

Terms for using the catalogue, requesting a quotation and arranging an order.

1. About AAgafLV

SIA “AAgafLV”, registration number 40203677612.
Registered office: 18. novembra iela 389 – 3, Vecstropi, Naujenes pag., Augšdaugavas nov., LV-5413, Latvia.
Email: aagraflvstore@inbox.eu
Telephone: +371 26 782 134
Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, Latvia local time, excluding Latvian public holidays.

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean SIA AAgafLV. The website presents a furniture, lighting and home-textile sourcing collection for private customers and businesses in Latvia and the EU. Our registered activity includes specialised retail intermediation.

2. Our role and the seller’s identity

AAgafLV coordinates product enquiries as an intermediary. Before you enter a purchase contract, the written quotation must identify the actual seller, its address and contact details, the party issuing the goods invoice, the payment recipient and the allocation of delivery and after-sales responsibilities.

Unless an accepted agreement expressly identifies AAgafLV as the seller, the goods contract is made with the named seller. Any separate AAgafLV service, charge and who pays it must be disclosed and agreed. Our own statutory obligations remain unaffected.

3. Catalogue information

Product names, images and reference dimensions describe the proposed sourcing direction. Images are illustrative, not evidence of stock or a specific manufacturer’s product. Material composition, finishes, tolerances, packaging, assembly, safety documentation and commercial suitability must be confirmed for the actual product before acceptance.

We do not claim manufacturer authorisation, certification, a warehouse location or a guaranteed stock quantity through this catalogue. A replacement product or a material change must be disclosed for your agreement.

4. Prices and larger quantities

Catalogue guides range from €100 to €350 per item; the cushion pair is priced as one pair. All displayed amounts are in euros. The on-screen total multiplies the displayed guide price by your selected quantity. It does not apply a guaranteed volume discount or calculate a final tax-inclusive payment.

For 10, 25, 50, 100 or other quantities, your quotation confirms the product specification, unit and total price, applicable taxes, delivery, any separate service fee, validity period and any minimum order or packaging multiple. Before a consumer is bound, the full payable price including applicable taxes and mandatory charges must be disclosed.

There is no fee for browsing or sending an initial enquiry. Any paid service requires a separate clear agreement.

5. How an order is agreed

Choose products and quantities, select your customer type and prepare a quotation email. The email is sent only when you press Send in your own email application. Alternatively, download the summary and email it to us. No submission, stock reservation, acceptance or payment occurs merely by using the selection tool.

A binding order requires the written quotation and applicable seller terms, your acceptance through the stated process, and the seller’s confirmation where required. The confirmation explains payment instructions, the due date, any deposit and the agreed delivery arrangements. Only pay the recipient identified in the agreed documentation; contact us if instructions are unclear.

6. Your information and intended use

Please provide accurate quantities, delivery location, contact information and any access or suitability requirements. If acting for a business, you must have authority to make the enquiry and accept any later contract. Contracting customers must have the legal capacity to enter the agreement.

For commercial interiors, identify the intended environment and required performance standards. Lighting may need qualified installation; storage furniture may require anchoring. The actual supplier’s instructions and product documentation take precedence over illustrative design descriptions.

7. Delivery, withdrawal and defects

See the Shipping policy and Refund & returns policy. Consumer rights and the accepted order terms apply to the relevant contract. A business customer’s returns and cancellation arrangements must be agreed in writing. Ordering a large quantity alone does not remove consumer protection where the purchase is genuinely for private purposes.

8. Website use and intellectual property

You may use the website and download an enquiry summary for a legitimate personal or business enquiry. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access. Website branding, layout, text and imagery must not be commercially reproduced without appropriate permission, subject to any statutory exceptions and third-party rights.

9. Responsibility and interruptions

We take reasonable care with website information and will correct errors when identified. A quotation must resolve any uncertainty before acceptance. Temporary maintenance or network issues may affect availability; email and telephone provide alternative contact routes.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, applicable product-safety obligations, injury caused by negligence or mandatory consumer rights. Any additional B2B limitation must be valid and expressly agreed in the relevant contract.

10. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy policy explains handling of enquiry and website data. Changes to these website terms apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter an already accepted order.

11. Governing law and complaints

Latvian law governs these website terms and any AAgafLV service agreement unless otherwise lawfully agreed. A goods contract may have separately disclosed seller terms. A consumer does not lose the mandatory protections or access to courts available under applicable law in their country of habitual residence.

Raise a complaint with us using the contact details above. Where applicable, Latvian consumer complaints receive a written response within 15 working days, subject to a justified extension explained in writing. Consumers may seek help from PTAC. These terms do not require consumers to accept exclusive jurisdiction that would deprive them of mandatory rights.
